A classic Parisian bistro menu takes a turn for the contemporary with a French three- onion-soup in a rich, earthy broth. Steak frites (flank steak and handmade French fries) reminds us of how the simplest of ingredients might make for the tastiest of dishes when seasoned and cooked properly. It can be surprisingly elevating. And yes, we will dip our fries in fancy sauce…handmade aioli (fresh homemade mayonnaise) seasoned with herbs. Sugary, orange Crêpe Suzette brings a dramatic, flaming end to class.
