Class Description:

“In the past several months on Weight Watchers, I have worked with wonderful chefs to make healthier versions of my favorite meals. When people come to my house for lunch or dinner, the number one thing they ask is ‘How is this so delicious and still healthy?’ So I decided to answer that question with recipes everyone can enjoy.” – Oprah Winfrey

In her extraordinarily personal first cookbook, Oprah Winfrey discusses her lifelong relationship with food and invites readers to eat both healthfully and happily. For this very special class, our instructor will use Food, Health and Happiness as a guide and introduce you to four of Oprah’s “on-point recipes for great meals and a better life.” You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice techniques for cooking seafood to perfection and putting a nutritious spin on pasta. Plus, we’ll show you how easy it can be to make your own soup and glazes from scratch. Join us and discover Oprah’s favorite ways to create dishes that are packed with flavor, not calories.

*Please Note:* Classes taught by Sur La Table chefs. Oprah Winfrey will not be in attendance. Book is not included with class.
