Zion National Park

Today’s picture is of Zion National Park in Utah. We spent time exploring the jaw-dropping scenery of the state’s first National Park, established in 1916. To experience Zion, you need to walk among the towering cliffs, or challenge your courage in a small narrow canyon. Massive canyon walls ascend toward a brilliant blue sky. These unique sandstone cliffs range in color from cream, to pink, to red. They could be described as sand castles crowning desert canyons.
