A Tasty Trip, indeed! A month or so ago, we were happy to host a writer from Columbus City Scene Magazine in our Taste of Travel class, “Recipes from a French Farmhouse” taught at Upper Arlington’s Lifelong Learning program. This class featured dishes and food traditions that one might find in the Burgundy region: Beef Bourgignon, Tartiflette, and Pear Flaugnarde. We were especially grateful for the students who braved the icy winter night to partake of our French feast. In fact, it was a very full house, which always makes for a festive vibe.

I’ve been teaching at Lifelong Learning for ten years and have seen my classes evolve from armchair travel seminars infused with talks about regional art, architecture, and cuisine into our Taste of Travel culinary series which indulges both your sense of Wanderlust and passion for travel. Cooking demos infused with talks about regional culinary traditions blends everything we love: food, travel, culture, and cuisine. Join us for one of our cooking classes or local heritage & food excursions.

We have a round of fun spring classes scheduled at Upper Arlington’s Lifelong Learning and at The Seasoned Farmhouse, as well as a few “Made-in-Ohio” excursions. You can find our calendar of events on the Wanderlust Tours Website:
