These weeklong girly getaways are a perfect blend of city-chic and countryside retreat. We spend a few days in the heart of a sophisticated city, be it London, Rome or Los Angeles, then slow down for a few days in a villa or country house with cooking classes, winery tours, scenic yoga, and other exclusive events.
